How quickly will I hear back after submitting the form?
Qualified inquiries get a personal reply within two business days. For active Kairos partners using the support channel, replies typically come the same business day.
Do you take every partnership inquiry?
No. We work best with practices that share our standards on formulation, presentation, and education. If we don't see fit, we'll tell you politely during the first conversation — sometimes with a recommendation to another partner.
Can I tour the manufacturing facility?
Facility tours are available to active and short-list private-label partners during the Signature and Bespoke onboarding process. We do not host tours for general inquiries.
Do you offer one-time samples for consumer evaluation?
We do not sell to consumers and do not send consumer samples. Qualified aesthetic providers and short-list partners receive evaluation samples as part of the Discovery process.
Where can I find press resources, founder bio, and logo files?
Email press@kairosbeautylab.com with your outlet and the piece you're working on. We'll share the press kit and founder availability after a brief reply.
Are you hiring?
